A Special Birthday Treat

What You’ll Need
- Bocce’s Birthday Cake Mix
- Olive oil
- Russet potatoes
- Plain Greek yogurt
- Flour
- Beet juice
- Bocce’s Honey B’s Biscuits
- Bocce’s Birthday Cake Biscuits
- Strawberries
- Carrots
- Blueberries
- Cupcake liners
- A cupcake pan
- A medium bowl
- A hand mixer (optional)
Instructions
For Birthday Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease a 6-8 inch cake pan
- Stir together cake mix, water, and oil in a medium bowl until well combined
- Place liners into pan
- Pour mixture into pan
- Bake for 25-28 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan
For frosting
- Cube your potatoes and then boil (approximately 20 minutes)
- Drain water and pour into large mixing bowl
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, flour, and beet juice (for a fun pink color!) to potatoes
- Stir using an electric mixer or your hand until all lumps are gone and potatoes are smooth and creamy
- Add more yogurt until desired consistency is reached
- Spread evenly over each cupcake
- Decorate with Bocce’s treats, fruit, and carrots

Towards the back half of the month, you might notice some restlessness. Consider introducing your pet to a new mental enrichment game to test their genius and add more structure to their day!
